This spam email looks like a typical start to a romance scam:

Terrible English but they say they are from Kazakstan so that would be understandable. Except ... I am not ON any dating sites. Especially tied to this email. This is a work email. It seems like most of the K's are к instead .. except when they type Kazakstan. Bad spelling, and not the best spacing and run on sentences / lack of a couple periods in parts, but the general message is "I found you online and want to date you".

If you get ANY email saying they saw you online and want to date you, they are hoping you are desperate enough to be flattered and not second guess this stranger's intentions. (Watch Frozen for a the same kind of thing .. in a cartoon movie for children I was surprised that for the first time ever they had a man fall in love with a young woman only to find out that man really did not love her and was preying on the woman's innocence and desire for "love at first site").
