If your site is listed here you might not see as much spam from Russia but that doesn't mean you won't get any spam.
Looks like spammers have lists too! They have lists of sites that know how to catch spammers and have laid out traps.

If your site it listed on any of these then that means that there is at least one group of spammers out there that know that your site has traps out for them and that they won't visit it. Also these lists might be used in conjunction with spammer programs to omit the listed sites from their searches of sites to spam on.
