This wiki is VERY informative to tell you how and where. I found it in a Google Search and am amazed I never came across it before! I mean I had searched in wikipedia before but it wasn't THIS detailed!

The only way to protect yourself is to arm yourself with knowledge. When you relax and expect others to protect you, they usually drop the ball. So this is why I do what I do.
