Why would I call this an exploit? Well I don't know what word would be better but to me it sounds like an exploit of the PayPal rules which the loophole allows scammers to scam real sellers and Paypal refuses to take responsibility for it saying that sellers should beware before they sell (with Paypal it seems). **Not an exact quote as this is the general impression I am getting from all the stories I am hearing. I know that the rules had changed and suddenly all these complaints from real sellers ever since! Why isn't Paypal doing something to protect the innocent? Phone conversation with someone at Paypal - another story not related to the one above (I cannot verify how accurate the man is but he is frustrated never the less at his experience): gnuconsumerreports.blogspot.com/2008/02/paypalcom.htmleBay Buyer Protection: pages.ebay.com/coverage/index.htmlOther complaints about Paypal:
