I know a few people who do not know anti-virus very well so they search on Google for a free anti-virus and get loads of links to malware sites and fall for the scams..

The only way to protect yourself is to arm yourself with knowledge. When you relax and expect others to protect you, they usually drop the ball. So this is why I do what I do.
