Reporting spammer with the use of Tools

This is a great idea! Using tools to help you acquire the information you need to submit reports so that you are taken more seriously. Not everyone is already known as a reputable spam fighter so they take you more seriously if you sound like you actually KNOW what you are talking about. How do you do that? Well you have to know what information to gather as proof and supply it to them and the information must be well researched and correct.

Here is one great tool to aid in gathering that information (used and created for email spam report submissions but also can be used to report the links spammers spam on forums):
